COMPLAINT PROCEDURE BY CANDIDATES FOR ERASMUS+ MOBILITY
Candidates who have objections to the selection process and results within the Erasmus+ program have the right to file a complaint.
Complaints are submitted to the Rector by e-mail at aauc@educons.edu.rs
The deadline for submitting a complaint is no later than 5 days after the announcement of the results for Erasmus call for applicants.
The candidate can file an complaint only on points obtained based on the criteria for the selection of candidates defined by the Call for applicants. If the candidate did not meet the formal conditions of the Call for applicants (example application after the deadline, application is incomplete, incorrect documentation was submitted, etc.), the application is automatically rejected without the possibility of complaint.
An untimely complaint will not be taken into consideration.
The deadline for resolving the appeal is set by the Rector, no later than 5 days from the date of receipt of the appeal. The Rector can confirm, modify or cancel the decision on the ranking list of the candidates.
After considering the complaint, the Rector makes a proposal for the Final Ranking List of the candidates to the Selection Committee and the Erasmus Institutional Coordinator.
The Rector’s decision is final.
The response to the complaint will be delivered to the candidate who submitted the complaint by e-mail after the decision has been made. The final ranking list of selected candidates will be published on the Educons University website.
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE BY PARTICIPANTS IN ERASMUS+ MOBILITY
Mobility participants who have objections to participation in the Erasmus+ mobility program have the right to submit a complaint to their home/host university. The complaint can refer to any aspect before, during and after the Erasmus mobility, such as the organization of the competition, support during the preparatory activities, organization and implementation of the mobility, support during the duration of the mobility, recognition of the results of the mobility, etc. In addition to information about the complainant, the complaint must be explained in detail.
Complaints are submitted to the Erasmus Institutional Coordinator by e-mail at erasmus@educons.edu.rs
The deadline for submitting an complaint is 15 days from the date of occurrence of the facts that are the basis for the appeal.
The Erasmus institutional coordinator considers the complaint and makes a proposal to the vice-rector for science and international cooperation. The vice-rector for science and international cooperation make decision based on the proposal of the Erasmus institutional coordinator.
The deadline for making a decision on an complaint is 30 days from the day the complaint is received.
The decision of the vice-rector for science and international cooperation is final.
The participant in Erasmus+ mobility has the right to complain to the Rector if the decision on the complaint is not made within the prescribed period. The response to the complaint is delivered by e-mail to the Erasmus+ mobility participant who submitted the complaint after the decision has been made.
