GREENLand workshop on capacity building of Educons University: Adizes Southeast Europe workshop

As part of the Horizon Europe project GREENLand – Twinning Microplastic-free Environment, financed by the European Union, on September 28 and 29, 2023, a Sindag workshop was held for the employees of Educons University. Adizes Southeast Europe (ASEE) consulting company was engaged for the workshop, in front of which Dr. Zvezdan Horvat, the professional director of the Adizes Worldwide Institute, led the workshop. The workshop was organized with the aim of strengthening the management capacities of the Educons University. Working together through a structured procedure, during the workshop the organizational challenges of the growth of Educons University were identified, the points of potential improvement were defined, as well as finding the best way to achieve them. Also, the goals of the workshop included the education of employees in the field of organizational planning, leading work teams, making business decisions, as well as mastering the necessary managerial tools.

U okviru Horizon Europe projekta GREENLand – Twinning Microplastic-free Environment, koji finasira Evropska Unija, 28. i 29. Septembra 2023. godine zaposlenima Univerziteta Educons održana je Sindag radionica. Za radionicu je angažovana  konsultantska kuća Adizes Southeast Europe (ASEE) ispred koje je radionicu vodio dr Zvezdan Horvat, profesionalni direktor Adizes Worldwide instituta. Radionica je organizovana u cilju jačanja upravljačkih kapaciteta Univerziteta Educons. U zajedničkom radu kroz strukturirani postupak, tokom radionice identifikovani su organizacioni izazovi rasta Educons Univerziteta, definisane tačke potencijalnog poboljšanja, kao i nalaženja najboljeg načina za njihovo ostvarivanje. Takođe, ciljevi radionice uključili su i edukaciju zaposlenih u oblasti organizacionog planiranja, vođenja radnih timova, donošenja poslovnih odluka, kao i ovladavanje potrebnim menadžerskim alatima.
